Mix up all the other ingredients. Tear up the dried beef into small pieces (this is what gives the meal the real flavor). Cover dish and allow to cook for about 8 minutes on low. Stirring occasionally. Drain green beans. Take baking dish, use 1 tablespoon of olive oil and grease the bottom of the dish. Slice one lemon in thin slices and place on the bottom of the dish. Mix oil, garlic, salt, pepper and juice from one lemon. Mix it and then place green beans in the mixture. Use tongs to remove them and place on the lemons. Place quartered potatoes in the mixture and remove with tongs and line outer edge with potatoes. Then place chicken in mixture and coat. Pour remaining misture over the chicken. Place in the middle of the dish. Cook for 45-50 minutes.
