Creamy Chicken Bake

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
4-8 strips of bacon
16 oz sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1 jar of dried beef (this is found near tuna or spam)

Wrap the chicken in bacon and put in pan. Mix up all the other ingredients. Tear up the dried beef into small pieces (this is what gives the meal the real flavor). Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve with salad or steamed veggies.

Lemon Chicken Bake

Two Cans of Green Beans (fresh will work)
Two Lemons
6 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Four Chicken Breasts
Eight Red Potatoes (quartered)
5 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Prehead oven to 450 Degrees. Drain green beans. Take baking dish, use 1 tablespoon of olive oil and grease the bottom of the dish. Slice one lemon in thin slices and place on the bottom of the dish. Mix oil, garlic, salt, pepper and juice from one lemon. Mix it and then place green beans in the mixture. Use tongs to remove them and place on the lemons. Place quartered potatoes in the mixture and remove with tongs and line outer edge with potatoes. Then place chicken in mixture and coat. Pour remaining misture over the chicken. Place in the middle of the dish. Cook for 45-50 minutes. If need to, remove chicken and continue to cook potatoes and green beans.
